Customer Reviews
A Smart GPS Buy!!!
I bought Navigon 2100 Max to replace a Garmin GPS. This is really an awesome GPS gadget. My favorite thing about this is the bigger screen and also it shows the posted speed on the top left corner of the screen... so it helps me keep within the limits!!! Also comes with live traffic updates... It shows any kind of road work or accidents enroute. Excellent graphics, and super fast calculations than my old Garmin. Very user friendly. I recommend this to everybody....
And by the way... THE PRICE WAS TOO GOOD!! I paid only $119 or so.. during the black friday sale.
Needs more POIs
Don't get me wrong, I love my Navigon PND, I have 2. BUT the POIs are extremely lacking. It is missing many large retailers, for example; Lowes, Home Depot, and of course many smaller retailers. Maybe this is only in my area but these stores have been open for more than 3 years. Other than that the text to speech is excellent and the directions and traffic avoidance are also good.
Pretty cool
I bought this as a gift for my mom, so befor I gave it to her I tested it. I'm glad I did because there was a software update that I had to install. After the update the graphics were great. Befor the update the graphics of the streets wre like sticks (not cool). I love it.
